How do I get started with Layline?

Download Layline from the App Store and create an account. You can start tracking your expenses immediately by adding transactions manually. Set up your first budget and watch your spending habits improve over time.

How do I create a budget?

Tap the "+" button on the Budgets tab to create a new budget. Choose a category (like Groceries, Entertainment, or create your own), set your spending limit, and select whether it resets monthly or weekly.

Can I track cash transactions?

Yes! Layline supports manual entry of all transactions, including cash. Simply add a new transaction and mark it as cash. This helps you maintain a complete picture of your spending.

How do I set up a savings goal?

Go to the Goals tab and tap "Add Goal." Enter your goal name (like "Vacation" or "Emergency Fund"), target amount, and target date. You can then track contributions and watch your progress.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Premium subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Layline, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll maintain access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Premium users can export their transaction history and reports as CSV or PDF files. Go to Settings > Export Data to download your financial information.

Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@trylayline.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We'll process your request within 30 days.
